Psalm 103:13-18
13 As a father shows compassion to his children,
so the Lord shows compassion to those who fear him.
14 For he knows our frame;
he remembers that we are dust.
15 As for man, his days are like grass;
he flourishes like a flower of the field;
16 for the wind passes over it, and it is gone,
and its place knows it no more.
17 But the steadfast love of the Lord is from everlasting to everlasting on those who fear him, and his righteousness to children’s children,
18 to those who keep his covenant
and remember to do his commandments.
Psalm 103:13-18 Who really knows you? All of you? Fear keeps us from letting people all the way in. What would they think if they knew this or that about me? Meanwhile we have God who knows everything about us & while we were yet sinners Christ died for us! God knows the worst of the worst from your past and He knows the future and we are told the steadfast love of the Lord never fails. God provides the righteousness that makes you right with Him! Do you know the compassion of God the Father? Do you stand in awe of His marvelous & matchless power & love. God promises so much to those that fear Him & obey Him & Love Him? Those three go to together as one. Fear-Obedience-Love! Pray through these verses!
